O R D E R

(Order of this Court made by T.S.Sivagnanam,J.) This writ petition styled as a Public Interest Litigation has been filed to direct the respondents to allot the lands in Survey No.309/10 for functioning of the weekly private market permanently by considering the petitioner's representation. 2.As rightly pointed out by the learned Government Pleader (I/C), from paragraph No.4 of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it appears that the petitioner is aggrieved by the license granted to one Sundaram, son of Ayyana Gounder, which is for a period of one year upto 31.03.2018. In any event, it is for the District Administration to take a decision as to where the market has to be located and for such reason, no direction can be issued by this Court. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
