This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 28 days in filing the criminal appeal against the Judgment dated 21.03.2025 passed in Spl.S.C.No.198 of 2023 by the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 28 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
