ORDER
The petitioners herein apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2) and 326(a) of BNS read with Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals ( Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, in Crime No.349 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.
2.Earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioners was dismissed on 24.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.Nos.31462 & 31865 of 2025 on the following reasons: "6. Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioners and the petitioners involved in damaging ecology by illegal quarrying the sand, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners."
3. Considering that there is no change in circumstances and I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
