ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent namely Inspector of Police, W16-All Women Police Station, Puliyanthope, Chennai to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the accused/2nd respondent by the learned Sessions Judge (Magalir Neethimandram), Chennai concerned in S.C.No.10 of 2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that case in S.C.No.10 of 2021 is pending for questioning the accused under Section 311 Cr.P.C. At that point of time, the second respondent/accused remained absent and NBW was issued against him on 19.05.2022. Till now, the case S.C.No.10 of 2021 is pending without any progress. Therefore, this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that first respondent would take every step to execute the NBW at the earliest possible time.
4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Court directs the first respondent to execute the NBW 2/5
pending against the second respondent at the earliest possible time, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and proceed in accordance with law.
5.With the above direction and observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
