This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.14304 of 2023 dated 13.07.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, chengalpattu at 10.30 a.m. Until further order.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before respondent police everyday at 10.30 am. Till framing of charges and thereafter, he shall appear before the trial Court on every hearings.
