This Application has been filed seeking to examine the attesting witness Mr.N.K.Berry as PW2.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mrs.P.V.Lakshmi, learned counsel appearing for the sole respondent would submit that there is no objection on behalf of the respondent for the application being allowed.

3.Considering the averments filed in support of this application and also the noobjection of the learned counsel for the respondent, this Application is allowed.

4.The evidence of Mr.N.K.Berry shall be recorded through video conferencing.

5.Post the case before the learned Master for examination of the attesting witness.
