Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to dispose of our representation dated 27.04.2023, 28.04.2023 and 29.04.2023 respectively, and further direct the respondents No.2 and 3 to adhere to the Bank's Board approved transfer policy issued from time to time and also the Government of India guidelines dated 08.08.2014 and 13.01.2015, while effecting transfers of officers in the respondent/Bank. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents 2 and 3 to dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 27.04.2023, 28.04.2023 and 29.04.2023 respectively.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 27.04.2023, 28.04.2023 and 2/5
29.04.2023 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
