This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to provide police protection to fence petitioner property, S.No.406/4C of Keelaputhupattu Village, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District, considering the certificate Na.Ka.F.01/2018 dated 29.11.2018 issued by the Tahsildhar, Marakanam.

2.It is seen from the records that there is a property dispute between the parties. If on enquiry, the respondent police finds that the nature of the dispute is civil in nature, the parties shall approach the appropriate Civil Court. Further, the petitioner shall not be harassed in the name of enquiry.
