Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents herein to consider the representation dated 30.11.2020 to correct the subdivision number from 5/3 to 5/1 for the Patta wide C.A.No 12/93-94 dated 6th April 1993, for the property at Old No 443, New No 110 Nelson Manickam Road, Aminjikarai.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents herein to consider the representation dated 30.11.2020 to correct the subdivision number from 5/3 to 5/1 for the Patta wide C.A.No 12/93-94 dated 6th April 1993, for the property at Old No 443, New No 110 Nelson Manickam Road, Aminjikarai.

2.Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 25.05.2021 at 12.00 p.m at the office of the third respondent/Tahsildar.

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the third respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from 25.05.2021.
