Heard Mr.J.R.K.Bhavanantham, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.L.Jai Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

2. The prayer in the Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to restore the power https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

service connection in reference No.143-023-021 standing in the name of N.Damodaran in the premises bearing Old No.14, New No.31, Vengupillai Street, Egmore, Chennai or in the alternative, to provide fresh service connection to the said shop.

3. It appears that this is a case of dispute between landlord and tenant. Eventually, the petitioner passed away. Hence, I am of the view that no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. There is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
