ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the respondents 6 to 8 had illegally fenced and erected a gate in the pathway, due to which, the petitioner was restricted to access the subject land. In this

regard, a representation was filed to remove the illegal fencing and gate erected by the respondents 6 to 8 destructing the pathway and provide free access to the petitioner agricultural land in S.F. No. 698 and restore the common canal for the proper irrigation of the fields of the petitioner. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the official respondents till date. Hence, this petition.

3. On the other hand, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the enquiry was conducted based on the petitioner's representation. Upon enquiry, it appears that there was no access to the petitioner's agricultural land. Hence, he seeks 4 weeks time to pass appropriate orders.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents and also perused the entire materials available on record.

5. In the case on hand, it was submitted by the respondents that based on petitioner's representation, the enquiry was conducted and the order is yet to be passed. In such case, this Court directs the 5th respondent to pass suitable orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No cost.
