Plaintiff/ Respondent Prayer :- This Second Appeal has been filed under section 100 of Civil Procedure Code against the judgment and decree dated 30.06.2011 made in A.S.No.4 of 2011 on the file of the Principal Sub-Court, Virudhachalam confirming the judgment and decree dated 29.11.2010 made in O.S.No.8 of 2005 on the file of the 1st Additional District Munsif Court, Virudhachalam. Decree :- This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on this day, and upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the Judgment and Decrees of the lower Appellate Court and the Court of first instance and the material papers in the suit and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.Raghavachari, Advocate for the Appellants and of Mrs. S.R.

Sumathy, Advocate for the respondent, this court doth order decree as follows:- (i) that the judgment and decree dated 30.06.2011 made in A.S.No.4 of 2011 on the file of the Principal Sub-Court, Virudhachalam confirming the judgment and decree dated 29.11.2010 made in O.S.No.8 of 2005 on the file of the 1st Additional District Munsif Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

Virudhachalam be and hereby are confirmed and this Second Appeal dismissed.
