ORDER

This petitioner has been filed seeking to modify the condition Nos.4(a) and 4(e) imposed on the petitioner in order dated 26.11.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.22566 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.2552 of 2025 on the file of this Court. Page No.1/4

2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3. Admittedly, the petitioner has not complied with the condition no.4(a) of the order dated 26.11.2025, directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of C.C.No.88 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Magistrate Level, Dharmapuri, within a period of eight weeks.

4. The petitioner seeks modification. This Court is not inclined to modify the said condition. However, the Court is inclined to grant time to the petitioner to pay the said sum in two installments. The petitioner shall pay Rs.2,50,000/- within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the remaining sum of Rs.2,50,000/- within a period of four weeks, thereafter. Time to execute the sureties is also extended by two weeks

5. All other conditions remain unaltered.
