Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for the issuance of a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS calling for the records of the first respondent pertaining to the proceedings in R.O.C.No.C4/5480/2017 dated 10.01.2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the third respondent to accept the sum of Rs.25,00,000/- offered by the petitioner as full and final settlement towards the closure of the loan.
