The learned Administrator General and Official Trustee has filed the above application seeking permission to donate Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) from the accumulation funds of financial year 2016-17 of the Trust Estate of ''Salem Sambandham Pillai'' to Sri Sarada Math, No.15/7, Raghaviah Road, Chennai - 600 017 for its service to the needy women and children.
2. In support of the judge's summon, the learned Administrator General and Official Trustee has filed a report dated 14.03.2022, which reads as follows: '1.
The Administrator General of Tamil Nadu [AG & OT] humbly submits that the office of the Administrator General and Official Trustee is administrating more than 150 Trust Estates. There are properties of the Trust Estates and rental income derived from them are invested in fixed deposit. Out of the rental and interest income on fixed deposit the O/o AG & OT has been doing charities, maintenance to the beneficiaries, scholarship to the students, salary to estate staff, making statutory charges to government, paying income tax, meeting other necessary expenses. Apart from that, as per the orders of the Hon'ble High Court donation by way of things, articles and medical machines etc. have been given to the NGOs and other institutions based on their request. 2.
submits that the from Salem Sambandam Pillai Trust Estate, the accumulation of funds for FY 2016-2017, it has to be spent within five years before FY 2021-2022. The available 1/7
accumulation of funds may be donated to the NGO requesting for donation.

submits that he has been appointed as the sole Trustee of the properties of the Trust Estate of Salem Sambandam Pillai vide a Scheme Decree dated 29.04.1954 in O.P.No.100 of 1954 [D1].

submits that the one Ms. Pravrajika Ramaprana, President of Sri Sarada Math, No.15/7, Raghaviah Road, Chennai - 600 017, an NGO, has given a letter dated 05.11.2020 & 16.10.2021 [D2] stating that the Sri Sarada Math is an independent counterpart to Ramakrishna order. The main aim of the organization is to fulfill the vision of Swami Vivekananda that is " Shiva Jnane Jiva Seva" serving God in man, irrespective of caste, creed and nationality as well as the upliftment and empowerment of women. The organization carries out extensive educational and philanthropic work in India and Abroad. The mission has its own maternity Hospital, charitable dispenseries and mobile dispenseries. The mission has established educational institution in India having college, High schools and primary schools, vocational training centers. It has also involved in disaster relief operations during famine, flood, earthquake, cyclone and epidemic.

submits that the above NGO further stated that their present on going projects are as follows:
a. Charitable dispensary for women and children is conducted thrice a week. More than one lack patients are treated every year. The dispensary is well established with all necessary amenities.
b. Every evening free coaching class is conducted for children. Nearly 35 children are benefitted.
c. Morally education and personality development classes for children are conducted every Sundays.
d. Educational help in the form of college fees, school fees are given to needy students.

6. The Administrator General of Tamil Nadu humbly submits that the above NGO further stated that their annual expenses amounts to Rs. 21,30,000/- towards medicine, maintenance of instruments, coaching class and educational helps.
7. The Administrator General of Tamil Nadu humbly submits that the above NGO has furnished three quotation for their requirements such as computer, laptop, furniture, kitchen furniture, Ceiling Fan and medicine as detailed below.

1. Regarding Computer and Laptop Aristo Marketing is doing services of their systems in Chennai free of cost for nearly 9 years. They charge them only for any replacement of hard ware. Their services is prompt.
2. Dhana Furniture is also supplying them furniture since 5 years. Their steel quality is good and does not rust.
3. Balaji Kitchen Furniture quality is also good.
4. Samarpan health care services and shubh pharma are supplying medicines for nearly 20 years. They are prompt and very dedicated in their services.

submits that the Administrator General of Tamil Nadu may be permitted to donate Rs. 2,00,000/- for the development of their institutions so as to enable them to render their services 5/7
to the needy women and children.

submits that the accumulated funds of FY 2016-17 from the Trust Estates of Salem Sambandam Pillai the following amounts may be utilized to donate to Sri Sarada Math. The Administrator General of Tamil Nadu, therefore, humbly submits and prays:
i. To permit the Administrator General of Tamil Nadu to donate Rs.2,00,000/-(Rupees Two Lakhs Only) from the accumulation funds of FY 2016 - 17 of the Trust Estate of "Salem Sambandham Pillai" to Sri Sarada Math, No.15/7, Raghaviah Road, Chennai - 600 017, for its Service to the needy women and Children and thus render justice.''
3. I am satisfied with the report filed by the learned Administrator General and Official Trustee. Hence, accordingly, the prayer sought for in the application is granted. The application is allowed as prayer for. 18.03.2022 mrn 6/7
