The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to call for the records relating to the order of deployment in the proceedings issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.63128/C3/E1/2009 dated 16.07.2012 and quash the same and direct the respondents to re-transfer the petitioner in any of the vacancies to the post of B.T.Assistant (Mathematics) in Karur District.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. He also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.
3. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
