Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents herein to further investigate the case in Special Case No.2/2018 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Villupuram in Cr.No.464 of 2017 on the file of the second respondent herein and file a fresh final report accordingly on the basis of the representation dated 14.08.2017.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to further investigate the case in Special Case No.2/2018 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Villupuram in Cr.No.464 of 2017 on the file of the second respondent herein and file a final report on the basis of the representation dated 14.08.2017.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and a final report was filed before the learned Principal District Judge, Villupuram and the same has been taken on file in S.C.No.2 of 2018. He further submitted that the trial is pending. 3.It is seen from the records that the petitioner's husband namely Ramu an Agriculturist when on his way to his field for watering the crops over his field was electrocuted by the electrical fence administered and fenced by the accused herein namely Raguraman. Another accused namely S.N.Subash, who is working at Mugayur Electricity Board Office as an Inspector in order to safeguard the accused herein has took off the electricity connection from the accused land and given connection to another one's land belonging to one Yesudoss in order to contradict the scene of offence.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, a direction is issued to the learned District Judge that if any application is made by the petitioner with respect to the S.C.No.2 of 2018 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Villupuram, the District Judge, is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law.

In view of the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
