This application has been filed seeking permission to carry out the repair work to the walls of the kitchen, Bathroom, Bedroom of the suit schedule C property enabling the applicants to reconstruct the demolished portion thereof, without any interference of R1 to R4 their kith and kin, servants, agents, and all their men from, in any way pending the disposal of the suit.

2. Despite notice having been served, the respondent does not appear.

3. This Court, by order dated 29.08.2016, in A.No.2893 of 2016, appointed an Advocate Commissioner to visit and inspect the suit property along with the Taluk Surveyor to ascertain the damages caused to the Suit Schedule C Property and file a report. Accordingly, the Advocate Commissioner, after inspection of the said property, filed the report along with the photographs.

4. The perusal of the photographs produced by the learned Advocate Commissioner shows that there are some damages caused to the schedule mentioned property.

A.No.4252 of 2016 C.S.No.349 of 2016 M.M.SUNDRESH,J.

This application has been filed to direct the Inspector of Police, R3 Ashok Nagar Police Station, Chennai - 83 to give necessary police aid to the applicants for restoring the demolished suit schedule C property by restricting the intervention of R1 to R4.

So far as this application is concerned, as of now, this Court is not able to find any obstruction from the respondents. Hence, the matter stands adjourned to 01.11.2016.
