2. Earlier, this Court thrice dismissed the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner and now the present anticipatory bail application has been filed that too, without any change in circumstances.

3. Since, there is no change in circumstances this Court is not inclined to reconsider the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner.
