Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to give appropriate lawful protection to the life & property of the petitioner based on his complaint dated 08.02.2017 covered in C.S.R.No.53 of 2017 dated 16.02.2017, on the file of the above said respondent police. O R D E R
The petitioner seeks an appropriate lawful protection to the life & property of the petitioner based on his complaint dated 08.02.2017 covered in C.S.R.No.53 of 2017 dated 16.02.2017, on the file of the above said respondent police.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner has obtained an order of temporary injunction in I.A.No.998 of 2016 in O.S.No.174 of 2016 pending before the District Munsif Court, Tirupattur by order dated 11.01.2017 till the disposal of the suit.
3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that despite an order of injunction granted, his father's second wife Kuppammal and others are causing interference by trespassing into the property of the petitioner and causing damage to the crops standing in the property. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that already the complaint given by the petitioner herein has been registered as C.S.R.No.53 of 2017 and enquiry is pending.
5. As it is stated that standing crops in petitioner's property are being destroyed, the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of three days and if needed, to extend sufficient protection to the petitioner, in the light of the order of injunction passed by the District Munsif Court, Tirupattur.
6.With the above observation, this petition is disposed of.
