2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition in CMP.No.990 of 2018 is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the Civil Revision Petition in CRP.NPD.No.SR3724 of 2018 is also dismissed at the SR stage itself. No costs.
