This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report to the respondent police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.5648 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.441 of 2023 dated 25.04.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent first Saturday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
