Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.MURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order dated 08.06.2020, made in Crl.O.P.No.8226 of 2020.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Further the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/-(Rupees two Thousand only) to the credit of Vanavil Trust, Keezhakarayiruppu Village, Sikkal Post, Nagapattinam District-611 108 having account at Indian Bank, Nagapattinam Branch (A/C.No.954121293, IFSC Code.IDIB000N004), https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of one weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
