This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register a case on petitioner's complaint dated 27.4.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the petition dated 27.4.2015, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 11.6.2015. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
