ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to change the investigation in Crime No.189 of 2022 on the file of the respondent to any other competent authority.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, though the First Information Report was registered on 14.04.2022 in Crime No.189 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC, so far the accused is not arrested and final report is not filed and effective investigation is not conducted in this case, necessitating filing of this petition.

3. In response, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, investigation in this case is completed and final report will be filed within a short period.

4. Considered the submissions and perused the records.

5. In the light of the submission of the learned Government

Advocate (Criminal side) that, investigation in this case is completed and final report will be filed within a short period, this Court is not inclined to transfer the case to some other competent authority. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
