ORDER
The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed questioning the order passed in I.A.No.71 of 2017 in A.S.No.65 of 2014 which was at the time, when the Civil Revision Petition was filed, pending before the Sub Court at Arakkonam. But however, the First Appeal had travelled to a little distance. It was transferred to the Special Court for Land Acquisition Cases, Arakkonam on 28.01.2019 and re-numbered as A.S.No.28 of 2019 which First Appeal had been disposed of on 28.11.2019.
2. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition does not survive any more and the same is dismissed as infructuous. The orders is passed even after taking note of the fact that the 2nd respondent has died, since the matter has become infructuous. No order as to costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
