ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent herein viz., the Inspector of Police (Crime) B.4.High Court Police Station, Chennai - 600 104 to register a case on her complaint dated 14.05.2015 sent by Speed Post to the first respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On a complaint given by the petitioner, the case in CSR No.62 of 2015 enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. A copy of the closure report has been submitted. The respondent police is directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the opposite party is a retired police and he is harassing the petitioner.

5. It is seen that the opposite party has filed a suit in O.S.No.7388 of 2012 against this petitioner and obtained money decree. Therefore, no positive direction can be given by this Court to register the FIR and hence, the petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
