This petition has been filed seeking to amend the satisfaction Court as the learned 18th Metropolitan Judicial Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai instead of the learned 18th Metropolitan Judicial Magistrate, Egmore in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.28776 of 2023 dated 19.01.2024.

3.Considering the submissions, this amendment petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the petition seeking anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.28776 of 2023 and also issue fresh order copy in order dated 19.01.2024.

5.Since amendment had been ordered today, time is extended for complying the conditions till 26.03.2024.
