Alleging the violation of the orders of this Court made in M.P.No.2 of 2014 in W.P.No.30582 of 2014 dated 24.11.2014, the present contempt petition is laid.

In view of the compromise entered into between the 1st petitioner and the 3rd respondent in W.P.No.30582 of 2014, nothing survives in the present Contempt Petition.

In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Sub-Application is also closed. However, it is made clear that the parties are at liberty to register the documents, if any, in connection with the compromised dispute in W.P.No.30582/2014, if it is otherwise in accordance with law.
