This stay petition is filed seeking to stay the operation of the judgment and decree dated 09.07.2015 passed by the Principal Subordinate Judge, Salem, wherein and whereby the suit for mandatory injunction filed by the plaintiff/appellant came to be dismissed.

Therefore, there is no question of staying the decree of dismissal of the suit.

Accordingly, I find that the stay petition is totally misconceived. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
