To condone the delay of 3027 days in setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole Respondent in the above Appeal. ii. To set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent in the above First Appeal.

iii. To bring the respondents 1 and 2 herein as Respondents 2 an 3 in the above First Appeal.

2. Considering the fact that the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the petitions being ordered, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
