Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the Crime number is amended as as 665 of 2020 instead of 665 of 2021. Two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
