ORDER
(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.M.R.Elavarasan, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned State Government Pleader, assisted by Mr.K.Karthik Jegannath, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1, 3, 4 and 5; and, Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, assisted by Mr.Sylvester John, learned counsel for respondents 2 and 6.
2. Learned State Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the pit that was dug has been filled and has been levelled.
3. In view of the said statement, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
