Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take appropriate action to bring all the other 7 Mosques in the entire Tambaram area (viz) Masjidur Rahmania at Bharath Madha Street Poondi Nagar Tambaram - East Al Masjidul Iliyas at Mosque Street Renganathapuram Tambaram-West Masjidul Aboobacker Siddique at Ramathilagam Nagar Thiruneermalai and Noorul Islam Masjid at Krishna Nagar and three other Mosques under their administrative control and demarcate the individual areas of operation of all Mosques including the parent Tambaram Jumma Mosque and to approve the Draft Scheme submitted on 5.11.1996 for the administration of the Tambaram Jumma Mosque with such modifications as deem necessary by the Tamilnadu Wakf Board.
