ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.6/2018 from the file of the respondent police to any other independent agency, as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was registered in Crime No.6 of 2018 and on the complaint, the respondent police conducted an enquiry. He further submitted that, after investigation, further action dropped and "Closure Report" has been forwarded to the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai and RCS Notice was also sent to the petitioner/complainant.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to challenge the closure Report filed by the respondent police. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
