This writ petition has been filed seeking for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 13.02.2015, and rectify the anamolies pointed out in petitioners' representation and fix the pay scale of the petitioners' according to the recommendations of the Sixth Pay Commission.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioners have made representations dated 13.02.2005 and 14.02.2005 to the respondents seeking to rectify the pay anomalies.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for disposal of those representations by the first respondent on merits and in accordance with law.

5. In view of the narrow prayer made, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to pass appropriate order on the representations of the petitioners within a period of 16 weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. No cost.
