Sub Appln.Nos.131 and 132 of 2022 Sub Applications filed Under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure praying this Court be pleased to revive the contempt proceedings in Contempt Petition No.1105 and 1184 of 2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.
The above Sub Applications coming on this day before this Court for hearing in the presence of M/s.M.R.Jothimanian, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner in Sub Appl.No.131 of 2022 and M/s.K.Balu, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner in Sub Appl.No.132 of 2022 herein; and of Mr.R.Neelakandan, Learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by Mr.C.Kathiravan, Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent No.3 and Mr.R.Murali, Learned Govt. Advocate appearing for the Respondents No.1&2 herein; and upon perusing the Application and affidavit of P.Unnamalai in Sub Appl.No.131 of 2022 and K.Shobana in Sub Appl.No.132 of 2022, filed herewith; the Court made the following order:- "The learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted the proceedings of the Joint Director of School Education dated 27.04.2022 and it is seen that the petitioners have been given appointment.
2. Recording the same, both these applications are closed. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that there are 10 other persons who are similarly placed and they are yet to get their
appointment. The learned Additional Advocate General submitted that they will not force any candidate to approach this Court by way of filing a Contempt Petition and that all the cases are being considered subject wise and necessary orders will be passed. This Court records the submissions made by the learned Additional Advocate General." WITNESS THE HON'BLE MR.
