The writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the revision petition filed by the petitioner on 01.11.2022 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.P.Dinesh Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner 2/5

and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents for R1 to R3.

3. The petitioner has filed a revision petition before the first respondent against an order passed by the second respondent dated 14.10.2022 and the order passed by the third respondent dated 10.03.2022. Thereafter, the first respondent has issued summons to the petitioner and respondents 5 & 6 and there was no progress. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition came to be filed before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to deal with the revision petition filed by the petitioner on 01.11.2022 on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to respondents 4 to 6 and final orders shall be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. There shall be no order as to costs.
