ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2021 and grant emergency leave to the petitioner's husband G.Shankar, S/o.Gandhidoss, aged 46 years, C.T.No.14824, convict prisoner, now confined in Central Prison, Cuddalore, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent submitted that the convict prisoner G.Shankar (C.T.No.14824) has been granted emergency leave from 22.03.2022 to 29.03.2022 by the Superintendent of Prison, Central Prison, Cuddalore and a copy https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
of the said order was furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
