ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and to file final report in Crime No.215 of 2010, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3.Today, Mr.M.Mohan, Inspector of Police, Pochampalli Police Station, Krishnagiri District, is present before this Court and he has filed an affidavit tendering unconditional apology for his absence before this Court on the earlier hearings. His apology is accepted and Non-Bailable Warrant is recalled. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from the respondent police, submitted that the police have completed the investigation in Crime No.215 of 2010 and filed final reporot before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli, Krishnagiri District, on 27.07.2015 for offences under Sections 147, 294B, 323, 324, 427, 379, 363, 384 and 506(ii) IPC and the final report has been taken on file as CC.No.126 of 2015 by the learned Judicial Magistrate.
