praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the respondents and quash the impugned order in F.No.DDIT/U-4(3)/JB/2022-23 dated 10.01.2023 passed by the 1st respondent as illegal and not in accordance with law and consequently direct the 1st respondent to return the original title deeds which was impounded during the search dated 02.08.2022.

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the impugned order dated 10.01.2023 and consequently direct the 1st respondent to return the original title deeds which was impounded during the search dated 02.08.2022.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the 1st respondent returned all the documents which were seized during the course of search dated 02.08.2022 and hence, the prayer in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the 2/4

petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
