This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner forthwith considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.02.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that on the complaint given by one of the flat owner, a case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.1135 of 2021 for the offence under Section 420, 406, 294(b) and 506 (ii) of IPC.

registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.

4.This Criminal Original Petition has been closed, accordingly.
