O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to prevent the respondents 4 to 6 for conducting Bull Race in Kottavur Village, Anaicut Taluk, Vellore District.

2. It is seen that there was a dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6 with regard to administration of the Arulmigu Kali Amman Temple at Kottavur Village. The fourth respondent also filed a suit in O.S.No.115 of 2024 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Vellore. The respondents 4 to 6 have intended to conduct the Bull Race in the aforesaid temple festival on 31.03.2025. 2/4

3. On the request made by the respondents 4 to 6, no objection certificate has been issued by the concerned authorities to conduct the bull race . Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
