Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Suspend the Sentence passed against the petitioners herein/Appellants 1 and 3 by the Learned Additional District and Sessions Court at Namakkal in S.C.124/2018 vide his Judgment dated 06.09.2019 pending disposal of the above Crl.A.No.916 of 2019.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.
