This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying for an order of substituted service of notice on the second respondent in C.R.P(PD)No.3876 of 2016, by way of paper publication in any one of the Tamil Daily newspapers having circulation in and around Tiruvannamalai District.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to take substituted service of notice on the second respondent in the aforesaid Civil Revision Petition, by way of effecting Paper Publication in one issue of the Tamil Daily Newspaper viz., Maalai Murasu, Tiruvannamalai Edition, on or before 16.06.2022, indicating the date of hearing as 17.06.2022.

4. List the matter on 17.06.2022.
