ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 11.05.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 11.05.2015 to the second respondent by post. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the complaint dated 11.05.2015 to the second respondent police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
