The present Civil Miscellaneous Applications have been filed, seeking to declare R3 - R6 as majors who had been shown as minors and to discharge 7th respondent who had been shown as their guardian.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of the present petition, it had been stated that the minors viz., Gnanaprakasam, Amudha, Senthil Murugan and Balamurugan have attained the age of majority.

3. The details of the date of birth of the minors are not given but, since the Appeal is of the year 1997, by any mathematical calculation they must have attained the age of majority even if they were born in the year 1997.

4. The Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are therefore allowed. 11.07.2022 (1/2) ssi https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
