When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Forests) submitted that they have complied with the order dated 28.02.2014 passed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also confirmed the same.

3. Since the order has been complied with, I am of the opinion that the Contempt Petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed.
