This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for the period of twelve weeks in the above Crl.O.P.No.32119 of 2022 dated 03.01.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is duly complying the condition imposed on him by this Court to appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for the period of five weeks. However, due to his medical ailment, the petitioner is not able to continue the compliance of condition to report before the respondent police. Therefore, he has filed this petition to modify the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that so far, the petitioner has complied the condition for the period of five weeks.

4. Considering the above submission, the condition to report before the respondent police is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday evening at 05.30 p.m., for the period of two weeks.

5. Except the above modification, the other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 32119 of 2022 vide order dated 03.01.2023 shall remain unalterted.
