The above petition is filed to receive the additional evidence on behalf of the appellant and mark the same as Ex.P.39 (Medical Bills) and Ex.P.40 (Doctor Prescription).

2. The learned counsels for the Transport Corporation and Insurance Company have no objection to the same being marked as Ex.P.39 and Ex.P.40. Accordingly, the petition is allowed, the said documents are taken on file and marked as Ex.P.39 and Ex.P.40.
